Incubator Round Two

Since all our ducks are gone, we are going to incubate duck eggs next. Unrefrigerated eggs hatch best. We found a couple clutches of duck eggs that we had missed in our usual morning egg collection. We have a total of 10 duck eggs that we can incubate. And wouldn't you know it, we have a new incubator too! 

This one is even more highly rated. And the instructions match... Much more complicated to set up. 

You can incubate eggs that have been refrigerated (with a lower hatch rate), so we pulled out six eggs to fill the rest of the incubator. It's an experiment! 

Hopefully our hatch rate will be better this time...
