Calm

My kiddos were super calm today; it was weird. Probably the weather. It was oddly warm and foggy/misty all day. They saw the 4th graders and preschoolers heading outside and asked if we could go too, "Because the little kids are so fun!" Hmm... that's not the conversation I remember having a few weeks ago...

Regardless, we went out with them and they all had a blast. I kept our class out a little extra so they could enjoy the nice temps. Now it's raining and dark. Man, it gets dark fast now that daylight savings time is over. I keep hoping to watch a sunset from my new kitchen window but it hasn't happened since the day I moved in!
