Battle of the Books

Finally. After years of wanting to do it, we're finally having a battle of the books. Classes have selected their contenders, the books have been seeded, the bracket poster is being made. 

Here are the nominees:

Each week we'll vote either once or twice between pairs of books, seeded just like a basketball tournament. I determined rankings based on the average rating on Goodreads. You can vote once per matchup, unless you win an extra chip by dressing up on Character Day. It's hard to say which one will win the battle. My prediction is #6-8 will lose right off the bat. If pressed to choose, my overall winner pick is #2.
