Painting

8th grade questioning is this Sunday. I'm not going to be there, but I did get invited to an 8th grader's confirmation open house, which I am going to. I'm painting his confirmation verse on a canvas. That's been my go-to gift for confirmands thus far. But all the other ones have been girls. Since he's a farm kid, I decided to do a field/open sky/tractor with the verse written in the sky. It's going okay. I wanted the sky to be light to see the verse better, but that means the tractor has to be colored and not just a silhouette. His family's tractor colors are green...
